Yes, we have experience working with members with a variety of chronic conditions. We encourage clients to continue their regular healthcare provider visits while in their wellness program.
We incorporate personalized mentoring sessions into each wellness program we offer to support, educate, encourage and celebrate with our members as they work towards and reach their health goals.
We have a complete wellness evaluation with you to determine where you are at and where you would like to see your health improve. Then we formulate a personalized plan just for you, implementing the 5 pillars of health. Then we use our years of experience to determine how long your program should be, what type of diet education you would require and if we can help you reach those goals and you feel that is the plan for you, then we talk finances. We know how important it is to be able to afford good health. We do everything we can to ensure no one is held back!
